摘要
[目的]了解医学生生命意义感、主观幸福感与学习动机现状及三者之间的关系,为制订提升大学生的学习动机干预措施提供依据。[方法]采用便利整群抽样方法,应用个人意义指数量表中文版、青少年幸福感量表及学习动机量表对广州某医科大学一年级~三年级436名医学生进行问卷调查,构建结构方程模型,探索变量的影响路径。[结果]医学生个人意义指数量表总分为(80.83±13.36)分,主观幸福感总分为(173.46±26.67)分,学习动机总分为(78.83±11.18)分;路径分析表明生命意义感对主观幸福感及内生动机均具有明显正向影响(P<0.05),主观幸福感对内生动机具有明显正向影响(P<0.05),主观幸福感在生命意义感与内生动机间起部分中介作用,生命意义作用于内生动机的效应有29.8%是通过主观幸福感起作用。[结论]医学生的生命意义感和主观幸福感以及学习动机均处于中等水平;生命意义感可直接或通过主观幸福感间接影响内生学习动机。学校心理健康教育中应当注重对低年级医学生的生命意义教育,引导他们形成积极的生活态度,追寻人生目的,增进幸福感,从而提升内生学习动机水平。
Objective: To understand the relationship between medical students′ sense of life meaning,subjective well-being (SWB),and learning motivation,and to provide a basis for formulating intervention measures to improve college students′ learning motivation. Methods: A convenient cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 436 medical students including freshmen,sophomores and juniors of a medical university in Guangzhou city.The questionnaires including the Personal Meaning Index (PMI) of Chinese version,the Teenager′s Subjective Well- Being Scale(SWB) and the Learning Motivation Scale were used to construct a structural equation model in order to explore the influence paths of variables. Results: The PMI total score of medical students was (80.83± 13.36) point,the total score of SWB was (173.46±26.67) point,and the total score of learning motivation was (78.83± 11.18) point.Path analysis has showed that the sense of life meaning had a significant positive impact on SWB and intrinsic motivation ( P< 0.05);SWB had a positive impact on the intrinsic motivation ( P< 0.05);SWB played a mediating role between the sense of life meaning and intrinsic motivation,and 29.8% of the effect of life meaning worked on the intrinsic motivation was through SWB. Conclusions: The medical students′ sense of life meaning,SWB and learning motivation were at a medium level.The sense of life meaning could influence intrinsic learning motivation directly or indirectly through SWB.University′s mental health education should pay attention to the education of the life meaning among the lower grade medical students,guide them to form a positive attitude towards life,pursue the purpose of life,enhance happiness,and thus enhance the level of intrinsic learning motivation.
