摘要
阐述了重症监护室(ICU)转出病人过渡期护理的概念、ICU过渡期护理的具体内容和意义以及我国ICU转出病人过渡期护理的研究现状,为进一步构建我国ICU转出病人ICU过渡期护理的方案提供理论依据。
This article expounded the concept of transitional care of patients transferred from ICU,the specific content and significance of ICU transitional care,and the research status quo of transitional care of patients transferred from ICU in China,in order to provide a theoretical basis for further constructing the transitional care of ICU patients in China.
