摘要
将电熔增材制造反应堆压力容器16MND5钢在450℃下时效至3 000 h,通过力学性能测试和组织观察,分析老化时间对其组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着热老化时间的延长,试样的抗拉强度和屈服强度分别提高5 MPa和6 MPa,断后伸长率和断面收缩率保持不变;试样的裂纹稳定扩展能量W_(p1)降低,导致裂纹扩展能量W_p降低,从而使总的冲击能量W_t降低47 J;长时热老化前后组织依然为先共析铁素体和粒状贝氏体。
The 16MND5 RPV steel by electrical additive manufacturing was aged at 450 ℃ for 3 000 h. The effect of aging time on mechanical properties and structure was analyzed by mechanical properties test and microstructure observation. The experimental results show that with the extension of aging time,the tensile strength and yield strength of the specimens were increased by 5 MPa and 6 MPa,respectively,and the elongation and fracture shrinkage after the fracture remained unchanged. The stable crack propagation energy Wp1 of the sample decreases,resulting in a decrease in crack propagation energy Wp,resulting in a decrease in total impact energy Wt of 47 J. The microstructure is still pro-eutectoid ferrite and granular bainite before and after long-term thermal aging.
