核反应堆氧传感器用ZrO_2陶瓷连接技术研究进展

摘要 ZrO_2陶瓷型氧传感器具有测量精度高、范围广以及可直接以电压(或电流)形式输出等特点,在新型核反应堆有着重要的应用前景。然而由于ZrO_2陶瓷材料本身的特点及应用环境的特殊性,有必要进行ZrO_2陶瓷本体或与金属的可靠性连接,实现优势互补。综述了核电领域ZrO_2陶瓷的连接特点及目前用于ZrO_2陶瓷的连接方法,探讨各个连接方法的特点,并指出未来ZrO_2陶瓷连接技术的发展方向。 With the high measurement accuracy,wide range and direct output in the form of voltage(or current),ZrO2 ceramic oxygen sensor has an important application prospect in the new type nuclear reactors. However,due to the characteristics of ZrO2 ceramic material and special application environment,it is necessary to carry out a reliable joining of ZrO2 ceramic with itself or metals to realize the complementary advantages. The joining characteristics and present joining methods of ZrO2 ceramics in the field of nuclear power are summarized. The characteristics of each joining method are discussed,and the development direction of ZrO2 ceramic joining technology is pointed out.
