摘要
以国内在建某核电站乏燃料水池为研究对象,对乏燃料水池不锈钢覆面采用自动钨极氩弧焊工艺进行研究。通过对焊接材料的选型、坡口设计、焊接工艺参数等进行实验论证与分析,结果表明,采用自动钨极氩弧焊工艺的焊接接头性能能够满足核电设计标准要求。结合工程现场实际的应用情况,对比传统手工氩弧焊接方法,自动钨极氩弧焊工艺具有焊接参数稳定、焊接变形小等特点,可有效提高工程现场焊接质量与效率。证明了该自动焊工艺在核电站乏燃料水池钢覆面焊接是可行的。
Taking the spent fuel pool of one domestic nuclear power station currently under construction for example,the application of automatic argon tungsten-arc welding process to the stainless steel liner of spent fuel pool has been studied. By verification of type selection,groove design and welding parameters of welding materials,and consideration of actual application condition on site,it shows that the performance of welding joint can meet the requirements of nuclear power design standard,and this technology can effectively improve welding quality and efficiency compared with traditional manual argon arc welding method.
