摘要
基于实验室制备秸秆-污泥基活性炭和中小城镇生活垃圾双解技术的研究,开发了一套制备水稻秸秆-污泥基活性炭的成套装置,并在最佳条件下制备得到了秸秆-污泥基活性炭。实验结果表明,秸秆-污泥基活性炭主要官能团有—OH、—C=C—、C—O,比表面积为902.6 m2/g,总孔容为0.303 0 cm3/g,微孔容为0.205 0 cm3/g。考察了活性炭对Pb2+的吸附效果的影响,结果表明,在吸附时间为200 min、pH为6、活性炭投加量为6 g/L的条件下对Pb2+的吸附量为12.79 mg/g,吸附过程符合二级吸附动力学模型。
Based on the laboratory preparation of straw-sludge activated carbon and the ‘Double-Solution’ techno- logy for municipal solid waste treatment,a set of equipment for the preparation of rice straw-sludge activated carbon was set up,and the rice straw-sludge activated carbon was prepared under the optimized condition by adjusting the parameters. The experimental results showed that the main functional groups of straw sludge based activated carbon were -OH,-C=C-,C-O,specific surface area of 902.6 m2/g,total pore volume of 0.303 0 cm^3/g,and micro-pore volume of 0.205 0 cm^3/g. The effect of activated carbon on the adsorption of Pb^2+ was investigated. The results indica- ted that under the condition of adsorption time was 200 min,pH=6,and the activated carbon dosing mass concentra- tion of 6 g/L,the removal effect of Pb^2+ was the best,which could reach to 9.79 mg/g,in accordance with secondary adsorption dynamics model.
