摘要
【目的】评估外周血IL-28B 基因多态性与干扰素-α抗乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)疗效和感染风险的相关性。【方法】本研究在万方、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane 图书馆和科学网上进行了全面的文献搜索,分析了优势比(OR)和95%置信区间(CI)以评估关联强度。【结果】最终纳入8 篇符合标准的文献。Meta 分析结果显示,与正常对照组相比,IL-28B 基因多态性(rs8099917,GT or GG)患者的突变率显著增加(OR=1.55,95%CI:1.02~2.37,P=0.04;OR=0.12,95%CI:0.02~0.70,P=0.02);IL-28B 基因多态性(rs12980602,CT)患者的突变率也增加(OR=1.99,95%CI:1.04~3.79,P=0.04)。【结论】IL - 28B 基因多态性(rs8099917,GT or GG;rs12980602,CT)减少干扰素的药效,增加了HBV 患者的感染风险。
【Objective】To assess the correlation of IL-28B gene polymorphism in peripheral blood with the therapeutic efficacy of α interferon on hepatitis B and risk of infection.【Methods】A comprehensive literature search was conducted in platforms of Wanfang, PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library and Web of Science.The odds ratios (OR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI) were analyzed to assess the strength of association.【Results】Finally,8 documents conforming to the criteria were included.The Meta-analysis showed that the mutation rate of IL-28B gene polymorphism (rs8099917,GT or GG) was significantly increased compared with the normal control group (OR=1.55,95%CI: 1.02~2.37,P=0.04,OR=0.12,95%CI: 0.02~0.70,P=0.02).The mutation rate of IL-28B gene polymorphism (rs12980602,CT) was also increased (OR=1.99,95%CI: 1.04~3.79,P=0.04).【Conclusion】The IL-28B gene polymorphism (rs8099917,GT or GG;rs12980602,CT) reduces the efficacy of interferon and increases the risk of infection in hepatitis B virus (HBV) patients.
