摘要
为了提高混合电力能源的利用效率,进行混合电力能源利用效果综合评价,提出基于模糊决策和定量递归分析的混合电力能源利用效果综合评价模型,构建混合电力能源利用效果特征信息流模型,根据混合电力网络基站输电力能源信息,对电力能源分布时间序列进行特征空间重构,提取混合电力能源信息的关联维特征量,分析混合电力能源的输出和利用效率的互信息特征量,以此为约束条件进行混合电力能源利用效果综合评价的模糊决策评判,采用定量递归分析方法进行电力能源利用效果的统计分析和稳健性检验。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行混合电力能源利用效果综合评价的准确性较好,置信度较高,提高了电力能源的使用效率。
In order to improve the utilization efficiency of hybrid power energy,a comprehensive evaluation model of hybrid power energy utilization efficiency based on fuzzy decision and quantitative recursive analysis is proposed. The characteristic information flow model of hybrid power energy utilization effect is constructed,and the time series of power energy distribution is reconstructed according to the power energy information transmitted by base stations of hybrid power network. The correlation dimension feature quantity of hybrid power energy information is extracted, and the mutual information characteristic quantity of hybrid power energy output and utilization efficiency is analyzed. Taking this as the constraint condition, the fuzzy decision evaluation of the comprehensive evaluation of the utilization effect of hybrid power energy is carried out,and the statistical analysis and the robustness test of the power energy utilization effect are carried out by using the quantitative recursive analysis method. The simulation results show that the proposed method has good accuracy and high confidence in the comprehensive evaluation of the utilization effect of hybrid electric energy,and improves the efficiency of power energy use.
