摘要
为了更好地管理风险,从安全风险角度,对风险、风险源、危险源等术语的关系进行探讨,并阐述风险源和风险产生原因对风险辨识和管理的重要性,以及危险源辨识对安全风险管控的必要性;在此基础上,讨论了安全风险管理问题。研究得出:危险源是安全风险源;安全风险管理要注重开展全面的风险辨识,加强安全风险源的治理,对突发事件产生原因进行管控,进而实施有效的安全风险防控措施。
In order to better manage risks,this paper discussed the relationship among risk,risk source and hazard from the perspective of safety risks,and expounded the importance of risk sources and causes for risk identification and management,as well as the necessity of hazard identification for safety risk control.On this basis,safety risk management was discussed.It is concluded that hazard is safety risk source.Safety risk management should pay attention to carry out comprehensive risk identification,strengthen the management of safety risk sources,control the causes of emergencies,and then implement effective safety risk prevention and control measures.
