摘要
目的:探讨丹参多酚酸盐联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗老年冠心病合并心力衰竭的疗效及对血清转化生长因子β_1(TGF-β_1)和核转录因子(NF-κB)水平的影响。方法:选取冠心病合并心力衰竭患者100例,按数字表法随机分为对照组50例和观察组50例。两组根据《中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南2014》给予常规干预措施。对照组给予磷酸肌酸钠静脉滴注,1次/d。观察组在对照组基础上采取丹参多酚酸盐静脉滴注,1次/d。两组连续治疗2个月。比较两组心功能、6 min步行实验(6 MWT)及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者左室射血分数(LVEF)、舒张早期/舒张晚期最大血流速度(E/A)及6 MWT明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者临床总有效率为86%,显著高于对照组(66%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上,丹参多酚酸盐联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗老年冠心病合并心力衰竭,可明显改善患者的心功能,提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid combined with creatine phosphate in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease with heart failure and its effect on serum levels of transforming growth factor β 1(TGF-β1) and nuclear transcription factor(NF-κB).Method One hundred cases with elderly coronary heart dise ase with heart failure were selected and randomly divided into control group(50 cases) and treatment group(50 cases) by number table method.Both groups were given with routine therapy according to “Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Heart failure”.Control group were given with Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid(intravenous drip and qd).On basis of control group,observation group was treated withcreatine phosphate(intravenous drip and bid).Both groups were treated for two months.Heart function,6 minutes walk test(6 MWT),and the efficacy were compared for both groups.Results After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),E/A, and 6 MWT of observation group were evidently higher than control groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Total effective rate of treatment group was 86% superior to control group 66%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid combined with creatine phosphate in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease with heart failure can improve heart function,increase the efficacy.
