摘要
津巴布韦卡里巴南岸扩机工程位于非洲南部,赞比西河右岸,在已有厂房的基础上单独扩建2台150 MW机组。该扩机工程厂房型式为中部式地下厂房,厂房内桥式起重机的支撑结构采用中国地下厂房通用的岩壁吊车梁结构,该结构安全可靠。因卡里巴南岸扩机工程为境外工程,是津巴布韦独立以来的最大工程,并且该结构在境外应用较少,因此岩壁梁的设计遇到了很多在中国很少遇到的一些问题,业主和咨询工程师最初不接受中方的设计,提出了很多问题。经过中方工程师耐心细致的解释及与对方有效的沟通,得到了对方的认可,接受了岩壁吊车梁的设计,从而推动了工程的顺利进展。
The Zimbabwe Kariba South Extension Project is located in the south of Africa,on the right bank of the Zambezi River. Two150 MW units are separately installed based on the existing powerhouse. The powerhouse of the extension project is a central underground powerhouse. The supporting structure of the bridge crane in the powerhouse adopts the rock wall crane beam structure generally used in the underground powerhouse in China. The structure is safe and reliable. The Kariba South Extension Project is an overseas project and it is the largest project in Zimbabwe since its independence. In addition,the structure is rarely used in the project abroad. Therefore,the design of the rock wall beam has encountered problems that are rarely encountered in China. The Employer and the Engineer initially did not accept the design and raised many questions on the structure. After the patient explanation by Chinese design engineer and effective communication with the Employer and the Engineer,the rock wall crane beam design was recognized and accepted by the Employer and the Engineer,thus promoting the smooth progress of the project.
