摘要
对组合发动机转子叶片进行平衡可有效地减少振动,平衡前对叶片的静质量矩进行优化排序可最大限度地减少不平衡量。选取国内外航空发动机转子叶片常用的三种排序方法进行比较,用某发动机转子叶片盘进行平衡试验,并对试验结果进行计算验证,找出最优的排序方法并总结排序规律,同时可对转子静平衡配平技术进行推广。
Balancing the rotor blades of a combined engine can effectively reduce the vibration. Optimizing the static moments of the blades before balancing can minimize the unbalance. Three kinds of sequencing methods commonly used in aero-engine rotor blades at home and abroad are compared. Balancing tests are carried out on a certain engine rotor blade disc, and the results are verified by calculation. The optimal sequencing method is found and the sequencing law is summarized. At the same time, the static balancing technology of the rotor can be popularized.
