摘要
对常州5所高职院校SYB培训现状进行调查研究,从培训的内容、师资、体系等方面分析存在的问题,并从培训课程设置、实践教学方式、师资培养、评价服务体系等方面提出解决策略,探索适合高职院校学生的创业教育培训模式。
Based on the investigation and study of the status quo of SYB entrepreneurship training in the five higher vocational colleges in Changzhou, this paper analyses the existing problems from the aspects of training content, teachers and system, and puts forward optimization countermeasures from the aspects of training curriculum, practical teaching methods, teacher training, evaluation service system, etc., and explores the training mode of entrepreneurship education suitable for students in vocational colleges.
