摘要
根据采矿工程专业对应用型创新人才素质与能力培养的客观要求,围绕创新能力培养主题,以课程内容优化为切入点,以科研反哺教学为特色,促进了理论与实践深度融合,形成了以"问题的提出—知识点的掌握—创新思维的培养"为导向的教育教学改革模式,构建了基于"自主学习"、"创新平台研制"、"模拟训练"和"能力检验"4种途径的可持续的创新能力培养模式,解决了采矿工程专业人才培养过程中存在的3个突出问题,为创新能力培养,提供了行之有效的范式。
According to the objective requirements of quality and ability training on applied innovative talents,the paper focused on the cultivation of innovative ability,took the optimization of the course content as the starting point with the characteristics of scientific research back-feeding teaching,promoted the deep integration of theory and practice and formed a “Asking questions-Mastering the knowledge points-Cultivating innovative thinking”-oriented education and teaching reform model,and finally constructed the sustainable innovation ability training mode based on four ways of “self-learning”,“innovation platform development”,“simulation training” and “ capability test”,which may solve three prominent problems in the process of mining engineering talents training,and provide an effective paradigm for the cultivation of innovative capabilities.
