摘要
为贯彻落实国家创新人才培养战略,加强新生入学教育体系建设,为学生在本科阶段的创新能力培养、专业选择、人格养成和未来的职业发展提供支持,文中探讨了"适应性-学术性-创新性"3方面内容有机结合的新生研讨课模式。文章通过查阅国内外相关研究资料、调研国内外高校的新生研讨课发展历史和课程建设经验、设计调查问卷等方式展开研究。并以我国某高校近8年来新生研讨课开展情况为例,从培养学生创新能力方面考量,汇总和分析学生对新生研讨课课程内容、课程参与度、课程规模、课程考核与评价等方面的反馈结果,对课程内容和定位、教师遴选、课程开展方式和考核评价等方面提出了改革建议。
This paper discusses the freshman seminar mode which combines “adaptation-academic-innovation” aspects in order to implement the national of cultivation of innovative talents strategy,strengthen the construction of freshman education system,and provide support for students’ cultivation of innovation capability,major selection, personality development and career planning in the undergraduate stage.On the basis of reference to domestic and foreign materials,investigating the development history of freshmen seminars at local and abroad,and summarizing the experience of curriculum construction,this paper conducts a follow-up study on the development of freshmen seminars in a university in China in the past eight years through design questionnaires and analyze the feedback results of students on course content,course participation,course size,course assessment and evaluation.With reference to the curriculum construction of colleges and universities at local and abroad,the existing problems are summarized,and the experience of curriculum construction is integrated.From the perspective of cultivating students’ innovative capability, the reform proposals are put forward in terms of curriculum content and orientation,teacher selection,curriculum development methods and evaluation.
