摘要
随着高校非在编学术机构的发展与运行,传统的学术机构管理体制在实际中已表现出诸多不适应,使非在编学术机构没有释放出活力。文中主要从非在编学术机构的现状和特征,探索非在编学术机构的组织管理措施以及统筹规划,构建多元化的科研管理平台与创新发展运作模式,发挥系统的最优功能,释放科研活力助推科研发展。
With the development and operation of informal established academic institutions in colleges and universities,the traditional academic institution management system has shown many incompatibilities in practice.As a result,the informal established academic institutions have not released their vitality.This paper mainly explored, based on the status quo and characteristics of informal established academic institutions,organizational management measures and overall planning of informal established academic institutions,built a diversified scientific research management platform and innovative development mode of operation,and exerted the optimal functions of the system to release scientific research vitality and to promote the development of scientific research.
