摘要
建立了一种超高效液相法同时测定人参酒中的6种人参皂苷Rb1、Rb2、Rc、Re、Rf、Rg1的方法。选用WatersBEHC18色谱柱(2.1mm×50mm,1.7μm)为分析柱,柱温30℃,流速0.7mL/min,流动相为乙腈-水进行梯度洗脱,检测器为PDA检测器,检测波长203nm,以外标法定量进行6种人参皂苷的定量分析。6种人参皂苷在3.33~36.83μg/mL范围内峰面积和浓度具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R2>0.999,样品加标回收率在93.97%~106.21%之间。本方法前处理简单、快速、准确、重现性良好,可用于人参酒中6种人参皂苷的含量的同时测定。
A method for the simultaneous determination of 6 ginseng saponin Rb1, Rb2, Rc, Re, Rf and Rg1 in ginseng wine was developed. Waters BEHC18 chromatographic column (2.1mm×50mm, 1.7μm) was the analyze column. The column temperature was 30℃, the flow velocity was 0.7mL/min. The peak area and concentration of 6 kinds of ginseng saponin in the range of 3.33~36.83μg/mL showed a good linear relationship. The correlation coefficient was R^2>0.999. The sample recovery rate was 93.97%~106.21%.This method was simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, and could be used for simultaneous determination of 6 kinds of ginseng saponin in ginseng wine.
