摘要
开铁口机作为高炉炉前核心设备,其正常工作是否正常将直接影响到高炉的安全性。首先分析了开铁口机液压系统原理;其次讨论了液压系统常见故障模式和产生机理;最后,结合钢铁企业实际生产和日常维护保养特点,提出了常见故障解决方案,希望能够为相关专业提供可以参考的理论依据。
As the core equipment of the blast furnace, the iron tapping machine will directly affect the safety of the blast furnace. Firstly, the principle of hydraulic system of iron tapping machine is analyzed. Secondly, the common failure modes and production mechanism of hydraulic system are discussed. Finally,combined with the actual production and daily maintenance characteristics of steel enterprises, common fault solutions are proposed, hoping to provide relevant professional The theoretical basis of the reference.
