摘要
发动机作为汽车的核心部件,其运行质量关系到整个汽车的性能,同时也与驾驶人员的安全密切相关。在科学技术不断发展背景下,发动机气门弹簧盖及锁片自动装配技术得到了广泛应用,其能够促使发动机生产制造朝着自动化与智能化方向不断发展。以发动机气门弹簧盖及锁片装配设备技术为研究对象,从自动上下料技术与伺服驱动技术等方面入手,研究自动装配技术应用方法。
The engine is the core component of the car,and its operating quality is related to the performance of the entire car, and is also closely related to the safety of the driver. In the context of the continuous development of science and technology,the automatic assembly technology of engine valve spring cover and lock plate has been widely used, which can promote the continuous development of engine manufacturing in the direction of automation and intelligence. Taking the engine valve spring cover and the lock plate assembly equipment technology as the research object, the automatic loading and unloading technology and servo drive technology are used to study the application method of automatic assembly technology.
