摘要
针对国网输电线路中使用承力工具不能及时反映实际承力大小,提线、收线中是否超负荷、过牵引等问题,从而存在因误判而引发倒塔断线事故,提出一种利用电阻应变式测力传感器、A/D转换器、单片机等元件构成的智能承力工具。该工具能有效监测承力工具的负荷,实现施工的安全可控、能控、在控。
The use of bearing tools in the transmission line of the State Grid cannot timely reflect the actual bearing capacity, whether there is overload or over-traction in the lifting and taking up of lines. Thus there are faults of tower collapse and power breakdown caused by misjudgment. In view of this, this paper presents an intelligent bearing tool composed of a resistance strain type force transducer, an A/D converter, a single-chip microcomputer and other components. This tool can effectively monitor the load of the bearing tool and realize the construction safety control.
