药物涂层球囊对股腘动脉硬化闭塞介入治疗后再狭窄及血栓形成的影响 被引量:4

Effect of drug-coated balloon on restenosis and thrombosis after interventional treatment of femoral popliteal arteriosclerosis obliterans

摘要 目的探讨药物涂层球囊对股腘动脉硬化闭塞介入治疗后再狭窄及血栓形成的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2018年1月在运城市五四一总医院拟行介入治疗的64例股腘动脉硬化闭塞患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组和实验组,每组32例。对照组采用普通球囊扩张血管成形术,实验组采用药物涂层球囊扩张血管成形术,比较两组晚期管腔丢失、踝肱指数(ABI)及再狭窄、血栓形成和截肢情况。结果实验组术后股浅动脉、腘动脉晚期管腔丢失均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月,实验组ABI高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组再狭窄率及血栓形成率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月两组截肢率比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论药物涂层球囊介入治疗可改善股腘动脉硬化闭塞患者术后ABI,减少股腘动脉管腔丢失,降低再狭窄率及血栓形成率。 Objective To investigate the effect of drug-coated balloon on restenosis and thrombosis after interventional treatment of femoral popliteal arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods Sixty-four patients with femoral popliteal arteriosclerosis occlusion who planned to receive interventional treatment in the 541th General Hospital of Yuncheng from June 2016 to January 2018 were selected. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and experimental group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with common balloon dilatation angioplasty, and the experimental group was treated with drug coated balloon dilatation angioplasty. The late lumen loss, the ankle brachial index (ABI) and restenosis, thrombus formation and amputation were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative lumen loss of the superficial femoral artery and popliteal artery in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). ABI in experimental group was higher than that in control group 6 months after operation, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The restenosis rate and thrombus formation rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were significant (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in amputation rate between the two groups 6 months after surgery(P>0.05). Conclusions Drug coated balloon interventional therapy can improve the postoperative ABI, reduce the loss of the femoral popliteal artery lumen, reduce the restenosis rate and the rate of thrombosis.
