摘要
目的观察降纤酶联合昂丹司琼治疗小脑梗死性眩晕的疗效。方法选择2017年5月至2018年12月高州市中医院神经内科小脑梗死性眩晕患者58例作为研究对象,用随机方法将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组29例。治疗组患者采用降纤酶联合昂丹司琼进行治疗,对照组患者采用注射丹参的方法进行治疗,在治疗后的第7天观察治疗效果,并比较两组患者的临床疗效情况,同时运用眩晕症状与功能评估量表对两组患者的眩晕症状进行评分,评估降纤酶联合昂丹司琼治疗小脑性眩晕的客观疗效。结果治疗组有效率在用药后第7天(89.7%)高于对照组(65.5%,P<0.05)。治疗组患者眩晕功能症状评分和对照组比较具有明显优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用降纤酶联合昂丹司琼治疗小脑梗死性眩晕疗效显著、安全。
Objective To observe the efficacy of defibrase combined with ondansetron on cerebellar infarction vertigo. Methods Fifty-eight patients with cerebellar infarction vertigo in the Department of Neurology of Gaozhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 29 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with defibrase combined with ondansetron treatment, an the control group was treated with Danshen injection, 7 days was a course.The therapeutic effect was observed on the 7th day after treatment, and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. At the same time, the vertigo symptoms of the two groups were scored by the Vertigo Symptoms and Functional Assessment Scale, and the objective efficacy of defibrase combined with ondansetron in the treatment of cerebellar vertigo was evaluated. Results The effective rate of the treatment group reached 89.7% on the 7th day after taking medicine, and that of the control group was 65.5%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The score of vertigo functional symptoms in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Defibrase combined with ondansetron is effective and safe for cerebellar infarction vertigo.
