摘要
结合工程实例,通过采取预埋钢板、设置平台钢管支撑、高精度垂直度控制等创新措施,实现高风压下方形变截面钢筋混凝土烟囱一次滑模至顶的施工工艺,取得显著的社会效益和经济效益。利用ABAQUS软件对烟囱结构进行施工模拟,分析其在高风压作用下的位移和应力分布,为工程安全施工提供依据。
Combined with engineering examples,through adopting innovative measures such as embedded steel plate,setting up platform steel pipe support and high-precision vertical control,the construction technology of reinforced concrete chimney with variable cross-section under high wind pressure is realized,which achieves remarkable social and economic benefits. The construction simulation of chimney structure is carried out by ABAQUS software. The displacement and stress distribution of chimney structure under high wind pressure are analyzed,which provides a basis for safe construction of the project.
