A Controllable Inductive Power Filtering System With Integrated Reactors

摘要 为满足电气装备高功率密度的发展趋势,提出一种集成电抗型电力感应调控滤波系统(controllable inductive power filtering system with integrated reactor,CIPF-IR)。感应滤波技术充分发挥变压器电磁潜能,使谐波电流被屏蔽在变压器低压侧;集成滤波电抗通过将特定变压器绕组与供电绕组功率解耦,实现电气设备的小型化设计。介绍了新型变压器,并获得其电感矩阵;建立CIPF-IR系统的等效电路模型和数学模型,探讨集成电抗耦合度、虚拟阻抗与谐波滤除率之间的关系,揭示了互感对滤波性能影响。对新型变压器样机进行测试,结果表明:集成电抗器具有良好的线性度、与其他绕组耦合度低等特点;CIPF-IR系统能加强感应滤波性能,减少谐波对变压器损耗;集成电抗与感应滤波绕组结合具有可行性和有效性。 According with the trend of high-power density for electrical equipment, this paper proposed a controllable inductive power filtering system with integrated reactor(CIPF-IR). The inductive filtering method takes full advantages of the transformer’s electromagnetic potential, and the harmonics are eliminated at the low voltage-side of the transformer. By means of power decoupling between the specific winding and the power winding, the integrated filtering reactor realizes the miniaturization design. Firstly, a novel transformer was introduced, and the inductance matrix was obtained. And then, the equivalent circuit model and the mathematical model of the CIPF-IR system were established.The relationship between the coupling factor and the virtual impedance with filtering rate was analyzed, which was used to reveal the influence of mutual inductances on the filtering performance. At last, the tests of the novel transformer and the CIPF-IR system indicate that, 1) the integrated reactor has the features of good linearity and weak coupling with other power windings;2) the CIPF-IR system enhances the filtering performance, and reduces the harmonic loss on transformers;3) the combination of the integrated reactor and the inductive filtering winding is feasible and effective.
