摘要
为明确重庆潼南地区田间番茄嫁接口上部茎枯病病原的具体种类,本试验以嫁接口上部茎秆有坏死症状的番茄幼苗为材料,对其室内保湿培养,通过形态学方法和分子生物学方法进行病原鉴定。确定引起番茄嫁接品种嫁接口上部茎秆坏死症状的病害为灰霉病,病原菌为灰葡萄孢菌。该病原的确定为进一步的药剂筛选奠定了基础。
To identify pathogen of tomato stem blight above grafting interface, tomato seedlings with a necrotic symptom on the upper part of grafting interface were used as the material for moisturizing culture. The results showed that the disease was gray mold, and the pathogen was identified as Botrytis cinerea by morphological and molecular biological methods,which could be contributed to further pesticide screening.
