摘要
经济全球化的影响对建筑业的采购以及库存管理等提出了更高的标准和要求。然而,我国目前的建筑施工企业物流环节受到项目利润驱动的影响一直没有得到重视,物流管理体系不够完善,信息化水平有限,无法应对现代建筑水平的需求。文章从解决现有建筑施工企业物流管理中的问题出发,探讨BIM技术在建筑物流中的应用价值,主要包括BIM在采购计划、供应商管理以及合理库存管理方面的应用。以期能对现有建筑施工企业物流管理中存在问题的解决提供帮助。
The impact of economic globalization puts higher standards and requirements on the procurement of the construction industry and inventory management. However, the logistics link of China’s current construction enterprises has not been paid attention to by the profit-driven project. The logistics management system is not perfect, and the level of informationization is limited, which cannot meet the needs of modern building level. This paper starts from solving the problems in the logistics management of existing construction enterprises, and discusses the application value of BIM technology in the building flow, including the application of BIM in procurement planning, supplier management and reasonable inventory management. In order to help the problems existing in the logistics management of existing construction companies.
