摘要
基于地方本科院校教师科研工作应用型、地方性和教学型的特点,在对相关研究述评的基础上,尝试提出分析地方本科院校科研产出影响因素的分析框架。分析得出:先赋性因素、制度性因素和自致性因素对教师科研产出的影响和作用机制差异较大。先赋性因素是制约地方本科院校教师科研产出的先决条件;院校政策对地方本科院校教师科研投入和产出的类型具有较强的形塑作用;自致性因素是教师科研产出的调节变量,最后对后续的实证研究提出了展望和设想。
Based on the characteristics of application-oriented,local and teaching-oriented scientific research work of teachers in local undergraduate colleges and universities,and on the basis of the review of relevant researches,an analytical framework is proposed to analyze the factors influencing the scientific research output of local undergraduate colleges and universities.Through the analysis:pre-existing factors,institutional factors and self-induced factors on the teachers scientific research output mechanism and the influence of the differences,ascribed factors is the prerequisite for local undergraduate colleges and universities teachers scientific research output,policy of local colleges and universities of our colleges and universities teachers scientific research input and output of type with strong shape,self-induced factor is the adjustment of the teachers scientific research output variables,finally puts forward the prospect and the subsequent empirical research.
