摘要
本研究使用文本分析法,以西安交通大学的9所书院和香港中文大学的9所书院为样本,分析官方网站上公布的文本资料,比较内地与香港高校书院模式的异同。研究结果表明,2所高校的书院发展都极具特色,并且在学生的录取方式、管理团队的组织构成和通识教育的实施上存在较大的差异。建议内地高校要关注学生选择书院的自主性,进一步完善书院的导师制,以及提升书院实施通识教育的标准。
This study uses text analysis to analyze the texts published on the official website of nine colleges of Xi an Jiaotong University and nine colleges of the Chinese University of Hong Kong,and compares the similarities and differences between the mainland and Hong Kong colleges.The research results show that the development of colleges in the two universities is very unique,and there are great differences in the way students are admitted,the organizational structure of the management team and the implementation of general education.It is suggested that mainland universities should pay attention to the autonomy of students to choose a college,further improve the tutor system of the college,and improve the standards for the implementation of general education in the college.
