摘要
目的研究分析仿真培训对于新入职护理人员操作能力提升作用。方法将2017—2018年新入职护理人员80名作为研究对象,采用问卷型调查了解新入职护理人员对于仿真培训的相关评价。同时对培训前操作能力展开分析,并与培训后的护理操作能力展开对比。结果仿真培训对于新入职的护理人员而言具有较为重要的作用,此培训手段能够切实提高操作能力。结论为保障新入职护理人员的护理操作能力有效提升,进而实现护理人员规范化护理,仿真培训能够达到良好效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the role of simulation training in improving the operational ability of new nursing staff.Methods 80 new recruits in 2017-2018 were selected as research subjects.The questionnaire survey was used to conduct research.The questionnaires mainly focused on the evaluation of simulation training by new nursing staff.At the same time,the pre-training ability was analyzed and compared with the post-training ability.Results Simulation training has a more important role for new recruits.This training method can improve operational ability.Conclusion In order to ensure the effective improvement of the nursing operation ability of the new nursing staff,and to achieve standardized nursing care,simulation training can achieve good results and is worthy of promotion and application.
