摘要
针对高职院校理工科学生基础差,学习依赖性强等特点,及目前普遍实行的"大一统"授课方式等问题,从大一入学引入"导师制",建设特色的基于创新创业教育理念的导师制教学模式,对学生因材施教,促进学生多元发展。模式分层递进构建三级教程,有效提升了学生的创业精神、创业意识和创新创业能力。
Aim at characteristics of poor foundation and strong learning dependence of science and engineering students in higher vocational colleges,as well as the current universal "unified" teaching method,the "tutorial system" was introduced from the freshman year to build a distinctive tutorial system teaching mode .It based on the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,so as to teach students in accordance with their aptitude and promote diversified development of students.The achievement builds three-level course in a hierarchical and progressive way,which effectively improves students' entrepreneurial spirit,entrepreneurial consciousness and innovative entrepreneurial ability.
