摘要
为了解不合理的集约用海造成的海洋生态环境问题,优化用海技术,需开展集约用海工程对海域生态环境影响的评估。为此,采用多级框架结构法构建指标体系,从海洋生态系统层面,构建了基于海洋环境和海洋生物群落的集约用海对海域生态环境影响的评估指标体系;在此基础上,结合我国海洋生态环境监测和评估现状,确定了各评价因子的评估标准及评估等级;利用综合赋值评价法,建立了集约用海对海洋生态环境影响的综合评价模型,并在曹妃甸及邻近海域开展了实证研究,结果表明集约用海已经使曹妃甸及邻近海域生态环境受到较大影响,生态环境质量一般,其中对海洋生物群落的影响程度大于对海洋环境的影响程度。
In order to understand the marine ecological and environmental problems caused by the unreasonable intensive use of sea areas and optimize the marine technology,it's necessary to carry out the assessment for the impacts of the intensive use of sea areas on the marine ecological environment.Therefore,a multi-level frame structure method was used to construct the index system.From the marine ecosystem level,an index system for evaluating the impacts of the intensive use of sea areas on the marine ecological environment based on marine environment and marine biological community was constructed.On this basis,combined with the status of the marine ecological environment monitoring and assessment in China,the evaluation standards and grades of each evaluation factor were determined.The comprehensive evaluation model for the impacts of the intensive use of sea areas on the marine ecological environment was established by using the comprehensive assignment evaluation method.And an empirical study was conducted in Caofeidian and it adjacent waters.The results showed that the intensive use of the sea area had greatly affected the ecological environment of Caofeidian and its adjacent waters,and the quality of the ecological environment just reached the average level.The impact of the intensive use of sea areas on the marine biological community was greater than that on the marine environment.
