摘要
针对某钢厂冷轧机辊系轴承座采用油雾润滑系统在生产过程中油污严重,能耗大的问题,进行油气润滑改造,改造后节能效果显著。
This paper introduces the analysis of severe pollution and energy consumption issues generated in the oil-mist lubrication system on the chocks of roll assemblies of one cold rolling mill in a steel plant,and the measures to resolve such issues by upgrading to the oil-air lubrication system as well as the remarkable effect after the upgrade.
