摘要
以四人吊厢为研究对象,对吊厢整体及其主要承载构件吊杆、立柱等进行了研究。首先通过理论方法对吊厢进行受力分析和强度计算,再通过UG建立结构的三维模型,使用有限元法对吊厢主要承重件进行校核,验证理论计算的准确性和可靠性。结果表明,在设计工况下,四人吊厢结构满足强度要求。
With the four-person hanging car as the research object,the paper studies the whole hanging car and its main bearing components such as suspenders and columns.First,the stress analysis and strength calculation are made by using theoretical method,the three-dimensional model of the structure is established through UG,and the main load-bearing parts of the hanging car are checked by using finite element method,so as to verify the accuracy and reliability of theoretical calculation.Results show that under design conditions,the four-person hanging car structure can meet the strength requirements.
