摘要
随着人事制度改革的推进,高职院校在积极探索岗位聘任制的实践中,面临着师资结构不合理、任职条件不完备、竞争机制不成熟、淘汰机制不到位等诸多问题。为进一步推进岗位聘任制度的改革,激发教育事业发展生机和活力,要强化目标导向,科学设置岗位;精细分类管理,全员竞聘上岗;多元评价体系,强化考核效用;辅以配套制度,助推激励成效。
With the advancing of the reform of personnel system,vocational colleges,during their exploration and practice of post appointment system,are facing many problems such as unreasonable faculty structure,incomplete qualifications conditions,immature competition mechanism,and the lack of elimination mechanism.To further promote the reform of post appointment system and stimulate the vigor and vitality of education industry,it is necessary to strengthen the principle of goal-orientation and set up posts scientifically,to refine classification management and fulfill the entire-staff competitive recruitment,to build multivariate evaluation system and strengthen the effectiveness of assessment,and to develop supporting system and boost incentive effects.
