摘要
目的探讨Bobath技术联合穴位贴敷疗法在脑卒中康复治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年7月～2018年7月收治的126例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照简单随机化方法分为对照组(63例)与研究组(63例)。对照组采用Bobath技术,研究组采用Bobath技术联合穴位贴敷。比较两组的临床治疗效果、日常生活能力评分(ADL评分)、格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS评分)以及生活质量评分。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的ADL评分、GCS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的社会功能、躯体功能、角色功能等生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中的治疗过程中,Bobath技术联合穴位贴敷疗法的治疗效果理想,临床上应当进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of Bobath technology combined with acupoint sticking therapy in the rehabilitation treatment of stroke.Methods A total of 126 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the simple randomization method,they were divided into the control group(63 cases)and the study group(63 cases).The control group was treated with Bobath technique,and the study group was treated with Bobath technique combined with acupoint sticking therapy.The clinical efficacy,ADL score,GCS score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effect rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ADL score and GCS score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The social function,physical function,role function and other quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of stroke treatment,Bobath technology combined with acupoint sticking therapy has an ideal therapeutic effect,which should be further popularized and applied in clinic.
