摘要
目的改进GB 5009.11—2014《食品中总砷及无机砷的测定》中基于HPLC-ICP-MS测定无机砷液相色谱流动相条件和程序。方法采用多种流动相及程序对比法,确定最佳流动相条件。结果采用国标法等度洗脱流动相条件,在分离度不高的离子色谱柱上无法实现二甲基砷(DMA)和三价无机砷(AsO_2^-)分离。采用切换流动相方法可实现AsO_2^-、五价无机砷(AsO_3^-)、一甲基砷(MMA)、DMA、砷甜菜碱(AsB)分离,并在900s内完成无机砷分离检测。结论使用切换不同流动相方法分离检测无机砷,分离度高,分析时间短,易于在基层工作中普及。
Objective To improve mobile phase conditions and procedures of HPLC-ICP-MS method in GB 5009.11-2014 Detection of Total Arsenic and Inorganic Arsenic.Method Optimum mobile phase conditions were selected by comparing multiple eluents and procedures.Results Separation of DMA and AsO2^-could not be achieved effectively by using eluents through ion chromatographic column with low separation degree proposed in the National Standards.However,AsO2^-,AsO3^-,MMA,DMA and AsB were completely separated by using switching different eluents,the inorganic arsenics were separated and determined within 900 s.Conclusion Using different eluents and eluent switching method can analyze inorganic arsenic quickly with good separation of components,which can be promoted in local facilities.
