青年型乳腺癌微钙化X线特征与病理对照相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 总结87例青年型乳腺癌的微钙化形态及分布特征,与病理结果进行对照研究,以探讨青年型乳腺癌的微钙化X线特征与病理结果的关系。结果发现肿块型癌以细小多形性钙化、成簇分布为主,非肿块型癌以线样分支状钙化、段样分布为主。微钙化形态、分布在肿块型与非肿块型癌中的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。浸润性癌与非浸润性癌形态均以细小多形性钙化为主,浸润性癌微钙化以段样分布为主,非浸润性癌以成簇分布为主。青年型乳腺癌分子分型以Luminal B型为主,微钙化在青年型乳腺癌各分子分型中的形态、分布特征差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前研究微钙化形态与分布可对乳腺癌的分级进行初步鉴别。 The morphology and distribution of micro-calcifications of 87 cases of young breast cancer were summarized and analyzed compared with pathological results in this paper,in order to explore the relationship between the X-ray features of micro calcifications and pathological results of young breast cancer. The results showed that small pleomorphic calcifications combined with clustered distribution were dominant in the mass group cancers,linear branching calcifications with segmental distribution were dominant in non-mass cancers. there were statistical significant differences in the morphology and distribution of micro-calcification between mass and non-mass tumor groups ( P <0.05). Both infiltrative and non-infiltrative cancers were characterized by small pleomorphic calcification,segmental distribution of micro calcification was found in infiltrative cancers while clustering distribution was more in non-infiltrative cancers. Luminal B type was the predominant type of young breast cancer. There was no statistical significant difference in the morphology and distribution of micro-calcification among the molecular types of young breast cancer ( P <0.05). Preoperative studies on the morphology and distribution of micro- calcification can be used to preliminarily differentiate the grade of breast cancer.
