摘要
介绍了一种从转炉废砖中回收贵金属的方法,经过试验和试生产试验结果表明,浮选的方法能有效富集转炉废砖中的贵金属。浮选精矿采用与铅阳极泥搭配熔炼的方法可以高效回收贵金属,其技术指标良好,经济效益显著。在浮选精矿搭配比例小于3%的工艺过程中,不需要改变熔炼制度即可达到较为理想的效果。
A method of recovering precious metals from converter waste bricks is introduced. The experimental and trial production results show that the flotation method can effectively enrich precious metals in converter waste bricks. Precious metals can be efficiently recovered from flotation concentrate by melting with lead anode slime. Its technical index is good and its economic benefit is remarkable. In the process of flotation concentrate mixing proportion less than 3%, the ideal effect can be achieved without changing the smelting system.
