摘要
西藏南越拉铅锌矿勘探区域,地层破碎,软硬互层多且厚度大,钻孔漏失严重,这给我们钻探施工带很大的影响,在ZK09号孔施工过程中,由于地层复杂和操作失误,发生多起孔内事故,而且在事故处理过程中又发生严重复杂的孔内事故,通过大家集思广益,群策群力,精心操作,最后成功地处理好全部孔内事故,从而保证该孔顺利完工。
