摘要
对西北地区矿物加工技术专业人才需求情况进行调研,旨在制定适应区域经济发展的人才培养模式。兰州资源环境职业技术学院针对矿物加工技术专业毕业生在初次就业中存在的突出问题,制定出适应行业企业发展的人才培养模式,在人才培养过程中取得了良好的效果。
This paper investigates the demand of mineral processing technology professionals in Northwest China, aiming at formulating a talent training model suitable for regional economic development. Lanzhou Vocational and Technical College of Resources and Environment has worked out a talent training mode adapting to the development of enterprises in the industry, aiming at the outstanding problems existing in the initial employment of graduates majoring in mineral processing technology, and has achieved good results in the process of talent training.
