摘要
目的探讨甲氨蝶呤配合腹腔镜手术对异位妊娠病人临床疗效及性生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月宝鸡市中医医院妇产科诊治的90例异位妊娠患者中作为研究对象。并按照就诊顺序分成实验组(甲氨蝶呤配合腹腔镜手术并辅以米非司酮)和对照组(腹腔镜手术并辅以米非司酮),每组45例,观察不同方法对两组对象的临床疗效。结果分别在治疗前以及治疗后1d、3d、7d和14d对两组患者β-HCG水平进行检测,发现术后β-HCG水平均出现下降,其中实验组下降幅度较大,并且所需时间也较对照组短;实验组患者术后输卵管再通率远远高于对照组、而异位妊娠发生率远低于对照组;实验组患者治疗有效率远高于对照组;实验组患者性生活质量明显提高、性生活满意度较对照组高,两组结果差异具有统计学意义。结论对于异位妊娠患者采用甲氨蝶呤配合腹腔镜手术治疗可以提高患者恢复效果,缩短住院时间,降低术后影响,临床效果较好。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of methotrexate combined with laparoscopic surgery on the clinical efficacy and quality of sexual life of patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods90 patients in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into experimental group (methotrexate combined with laparoscopic surgery and mifepristone) and control group (laparoscopic surgery and mifepristone), 45 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. ResultsThe levels of β-HCG in both groups were detected before treatment and a day, 3 days, 7 days and 14 days after treatment respectively. The levels of β-HCG declined after surgery, more significant in the experimental group with shorter time. The rate of fallopian tube recanalization in the experimental group was much higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of ectopic pregnancy was much lower than that in the control group. Theeffective rate of treatment in the experimental group was much higher than that in the control group. The quality of sexual life and satisfaction on sexual life in the experimental group was much higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences.ConclusionsMethotrexate combined with laparoscopic surgery can improve the recovery of patients with ectopic pregnancy, shorten the hospital stay and reduce the postoperative influence.
