摘要 随着我国城镇化建设的快速推进,城市地面硬化率不断增加,原有城市排水系统难以满足城市排水需求,城市建设与生态环境之间的冲突逐渐加剧,城市内涝、黑臭水体现象日趋严重﹒天津作为国家第2批海绵城市试点城市,已经有了一定的建设成果﹒本文根据我国提出的海绵城市建设方法,介绍了低影响开发理念在天津市城市规划与建设的应用,详细介绍了天津市海绵系统空间构建、排水系统安全保障的"大海绵"具体措施,同时介绍了透水铺砖、下凹式绿地及雨水花园等"小海绵"具体做法,逐步建设起能满足城市需求以及自然保护的城市排水与雨水综合利用设施系统. With the rapid advance of the urbanization construction in China the hardening of the city ground rate increased and the original city drainage system cannot meet the demand of the urban drainage.The conflict between the urban construction and the ecological environment became intensified and the urban waterlogging black smelly water phenomenon has become increasingly serious.As the nation's second batch of pilot cities of sponge city construction,a certain construction result has been obtained in Tianjin City.According to the sponge urban construction methods of China,the concept of the low impact development (LID) application in Tianjin has been introduced and applied in this paper simultaneously.The building of the Tianjin sponge system space and the "large sponge"specific measures for security of drainage system were described in details.The application of the permeable brick paving,sunken green land and rainwater garden and other small sponges were introduced to construct a comprehensive utilization facility system of the urban drainage and rainwater that can meet the needs of the city and can protect the nature.
