摘要
以N-乙基苯并吲哚与对苯二甲醛缩合产物为底物,其缩合后产物(EFDB)与2,3-二氨基丁烯二腈缩合得新型的半花菁类衍生物(EADB),采用~1H NMR及质谱进行结构表征﹒铁离子诱导EADB荧光信号明显增强,且体系荧光信号的变化与铁离子浓度在2~100 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.54 mol/L﹒采用铁离子介导的"关-开"策略,构建了黑茶抗氧化活性的测定方法,并成功应用于实际样品.
A novel hemicyanine derivatives of EADB was obtained using N-ethyl benzoindoles and p-phthalaldehyde as raw materials,following their condensation product then reacted with 2,3- diaminomaleonitrile.The products were characterized by 1H NMR and HRMS.After addition of Fe^3+,the fluorescent signal were significantly enhanced,and the change in fluorescent intensity was linear with Fe3+ concentration in the range from 2 to 100 mol/L,with a detection limit of 0.54 mol/L.Then,a florescent method was constructed for assaying antioxidant capacity of dark tea by Fe3+-mediated turn-on strategy.
