摘要 针对采煤机电缆拖移架在长期使用中易出现变形问题且严重时导致电缆和水管发生磨损甚至折断等问题,从细节入手,对电缆拖移架的强度和性能做了优化改进,通过此次改进对主框架进行增强和完善,确保了整个装置不再出现变形,解决了因电缆拖移架变形而导致的水管无法出水、电缆无法通过喇叭嘴顺利进入电控箱接线腔的问题。 In view of the long-term use of the shearer cable towing frame is prone to deformation problems and serious causes cable and water pipe wear and even break,from the details of the starting point. This improvement is made on the strength and performance of the cable towing frame. By strengthening and perfecting the main frame,it ensures that the whole device will not be deformed again,and solves the problem that the water pipe caused by the deformation of the cable towing rack cannot come out of the water. The cable can not pass through the horn nozzles to enter the electric control box wiring cavity problem.
