摘要
针对王家岭矿主斜井大倾角带式输送机皮带坡度较大、运输距离较长等问题,通过主斜井带式输送机主要技术特征机械部分、带式输送机供电系统、变频系统、控制系统、安全保护系统展开分析,论述了现场应用与管理过程的实践与创新,总结出了在大运量、大倾角、高带速皮带设计与安装方面可以借鉴的一些经验。
Aiming at the problems of large inclination belt conveyor belt slope and long transportation distance in the main inclined shaft of Wangjialing Mine,through the main technical characteristics of the main inclined shaft belt conveyor mechanical part,belt conveyor power supply system,frequency conversion system,etc. The control system and safety protection system are analyzed,the practice and innovation of field application and management process are discussed,and some experiences that can be used for reference in the design and installation of large transportation volume,large inclination angle and high belt speed belt are summarized.
