摘要
目的探讨低温等离子消融术治疗儿童鼾症的临床疗效。方法通过对我科收治的儿童鼾症108例,将108例患儿随机分为实验组和对照组,每组54例,实验组用低温等离子消融技术切除患儿肥大的扁桃体及腺样体,对照组用传统手术切除,给予相同的护理措施,观察并记录两组患儿手术时间、术中出血量、术后创面修复时间、术后住院日、术后疼痛反应共5项指标,进行统计比较。结果低温等离子消融术治疗小儿鼾症明显优于传统手术,手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后创面修复快、术后住院日缩短、术后疼痛轻。结论低温等离子消融术是治疗儿童鼾症的一种安全,有效的手术方式,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of plasma radiofrequency treatment of snoring disease in children. Methods The108 cases of children with snoring disease were treated in our department, 108 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 54 cases in each group, the experimental groupusing the low-temperature plasma ablation technique for children withhypertrophic tonsil and adenoid resection, control group with traditionaloperation, given the same nursing measures, to observe and record two groups of operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperativewound healing time, hospital stay, postoperative pain reaction and 5 indicators, statistical comparison. Results Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in treatment of children with snoring is obviously superior to the traditional operation, short operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative wound repair, postoperativehospitalization days, postoperative pain. Conclusion Therefore, low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation is a safe treatment for children with OSAHS, operation mode and effective, worthy of clinical use.
