摘要
本文从膨胀石墨的插层与膨胀制备工艺出发阐述了其制备原理方法及特点,根据膨胀石墨所具有的耐高低温、导电导热,强吸附性、粘结性、压缩回弹性、密封性等特点,综述了其在环保、医学、密封阻燃材料等方面的应用现状,重点介绍了其作为油类物质吸附材料的原理及研究应用现状,剖析了目前膨胀石墨在吸附材料领域开发及应用过程中的一些不足,提出了今后膨胀石墨在该领域研究的主要发展趋势。
In this paper,the preparation methods and application of the expanded graphite were introduced.First,the usual intercalation and expansion technologies were summarized,and then based on the high and low temperature resistance,electrical and thermal conductivity,high adsorption property,cohesiveness,resilience and resilient property,sealing charateristics,the applications of expanded graphite in environmental protection,medicine,sealing material and fire retardant areas were reviewed,and its application and mechanism for the oil adsorption were introduced detailed especially.In the last,the application problem of expanded graphite were introduced and analyzed,and its future development trend was proposed.
