摘要
甲醇基燃料,是指在功能助剂的作用下将甲醇与汽油混配,从而进入发动机系统燃烧的一种车用燃料。随着全球经济的快速发展和人类日益增长生活需求,传统化石能源已经到了面临枯竭的地步,甲醇基替代燃料凭借自身优势逐渐进入人们视野。尽管甲醇基燃料优势突出,但是自身存在缺陷必须依靠功能助剂进行补偿,本实验通过研究解决甲醇-汽油燃料的动力不足、溶胀性、冷启动、腐蚀性等技术难题,在前期科研基础上,通过实验筛选最佳功能助剂及其使用量,为甲醇基车用燃料的推广提供技术支撑。
Methanol-based fuel is a kind of vehicle fuel which combines methanol with gasoline under the action of functional additives and enters the engine system for combustion.With the rapid development of global economy and the increasing demand of human life,traditional fossil energy has come to the point of exhaustion,and methanol-based alternative fuels have gradually come into people's vision by virtue of their own advantages.Despite the outstanding advantages of methanolbased fuel,its own shortcomings must be compensated by functional additives.In this experiment,technical problems such as insufficient power,swelling,cold start and corrosion of Methanol-gasoline fuel were solved through research.On the basis of previous scientific research,the best functional additives and their usage were screened through experiments to provide technical support for the promotion of methanol-based vehicle fuel.
