摘要
结合衢宁铁路的工程特点,为确保既有高速铁路运营安全,减少或消除对既有高速铁路的影响,同时,保证工程能够优质、安全、快速的完成,跨温福线特大桥22主墩采用转体桥方案。即先进行承台、球铰及牵引系统施工,主墩采用翻模施工,连续梁采用挂篮施工,然后,在封锁要点后进行平转体,在高速铁路铁路外侧合拢。文章以该工程为例,对转体桥施工的关键技术与控制要点进行了探讨,对今后类似上跨既有高速铁路提供借鉴经验。
Combined with the engineering characteristics of Quning Railway,in order to ensure the safety of the existing highspeed railway operation,reduce or eliminate the impact on the existing high-speed railway,and ensure that the project can be completed with high quality,safety and speed,the swivel bridge scheme is adopted for the 22 main piers of the Wenford Bridge. Pile cap,spherical hinge and traction system are constructed first,main pier is constructed by turning over formwork,continuous beam is constructed by hanging basket,and then horizontal rotation is carried out after blocking key points,and the outer side of high-speed railway is closed. Taking this project as an example,this paper discussed the key technology and control points of swivel bridge construction,and provided reference experience for similar high-speed railway in the future.
