摘要
由于定子等效和电磁力映射准确性对电机多物理场耦合结果影响较大,采用定子结构与电磁力网格节点分布一致的方法建立了定子等效模型,并计算电机电磁辐射噪声。通过麦克斯韦应力张量法计算定子表面电磁力的空间和频率特性,将电磁力与电机模态耦合得出电机表面振动响应,最后通过有限元法计算电机辐射噪声并与测试结果进行对比。对比结果表明,考虑电磁力映射误差的定子等效模型可以提高模型标定精度。
The stator equivalence and the accuracy of electromagnetic force mapping have a great influence on the multi-physical coupling of the motor.The stator equivalent model is established by using the stator structure identical to electromagnetic force mesh node,and the electromagnetic radiation noise of motor is calculated.Firstly,Maxwell stress tensor method was used to calculate the frequency and spatial characteristics of the electromagnetic force on the surface of the stator.Secondly,the electromagnetic force is coupled with the motor modal to calculate the vibration response of the motor surface.Finally,the radiation noise of the motor is calculated by the finite element method and compared with the test results.The comparison results show that the stator equivalent model considering the mapping error of electromagnetic force can improve the calibration accuracy of the model.
